Participating in the process is simple and intuitive.  Even those participants who do not often use computers will find the interface obvious.  Still, there is a help screen for those that require even more explanation and reassurance.

After the survey itself is complete, each participant is also invited to provide free-text comments, where it is possible to elaborate or to bring up issues not covered by the questions.
