The Leader who is the subject of the S-B-P-T Leadership Survey begins by registering his or her name and password. Next, the Leader takes the Self Survey . The Leader then Resets the disk to prepare it for a Boss, Peer, or Team Member to take. The disk is passed to a Boss, Peer, or Team Member who participates and returns the disk to the Leader, who is not yet able to view the responses. The process repeats until all desired Surveys have been completed. Anonymity is maintained by not allowing any more Surveys after Report is selected.
