You create your PulseCheck survey using a text editor, such as Notepad (we provide you with the format and instructions). It's easy and fun. You just enter a question type, a question, and the responses.

For example, the box at the right shows what you
might enter to create a Pick One and a Pick 2 question. The box below shows what the survey would look like.

It's just that easy. Many types of questions are available to you:
Pick One     Pick Many       Rank Order
Pick List     Short Answer   Comment       ... etc

We provide sample surveys which you can modify or use as-is, and you can preview and test your survey before others see it.
